Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (New Zealand)

You must be at least the legal gambling age in New Zealand (18+) and able to form a binding contract. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• No real-money gambling is offered.
• No prizes, winnings, or items of real-world value are available.
• Game outcomes are for entertainment and do not guarantee future results.

3) Accounts

• Keep your login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and maintain it.
• We may suspend or close accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable.
• You do not own virtual currency/items; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them in the Service.
• We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove virtual currency/items and related features at any time (subject to applicable law).

5) In-app purchases

• Optional purchases may be available to obtain virtual currency/items or features.
• Purchases are processed by your app store/platform; their terms, billing, and refund rules apply.
• Because items are virtual and delivered digitally, purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Buying/selling accounts or virtual currency/items, or attempting to transfer them.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, games, software, and content are owned by AlpineJoyNZ or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or users. On termination, access to virtual currency/items may be lost.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable laws.

10) Disputes & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
