Age Verification Policy

Our services are restricted to users who are at least the legal gambling age in New Zealand (18 years). We do not knowingly allow minors to register, play, or receive marketing.
1) How we age-gate access
- Age confirmation during registration (date of birth and eligibility statement).
- Account controls that restrict gameplay/withdrawals until checks are completed where required.
- Ongoing monitoring for inconsistent or suspicious information (e.g., mismatched identity details).
2) How we verify age and identity
We may verify your age at onboarding or at any time, including before allowing withdrawals. Verification can include:
- Identity details (full name, date of birth, address).
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or NZ driver licence) and, where needed, a selfie/liveness check.
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
- Electronic verification using trusted third-party services and data sources.
We carry out checks to support responsible gambling and to meet applicable New Zealand requirements (including anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism obligations where applicable).
3) If a user is suspected to be underage
- We may temporarily restrict the account (including gameplay and/or withdrawals) while we review.
- We will request documents or additional information to confirm age.
- If adequate proof is not provided, we may close the account and block further access.
4) If a user is confirmed to be underage
- The account will be closed and access permanently blocked.
- We will stop all marketing to the associated contact details.
- Any handling of deposits, winnings, and unsettled activity will be done in accordance with applicable law and our Terms; this may include voiding activity and returning funds to the original payment method where lawful and feasible.
- We may retain records and, if required, report matters to relevant authorities.
5) Preventing minors from marketing and gameplay
- We do not target minors in advertising and use age/interest targeting controls where available.
- Marketing emails/SMS are sent on an opt-in basis and include unsubscribe options.
- If we learn a contact belongs to a minor, we suppress it from future campaigns.
- We may use cookies and device signals to help detect fraud and enforce account restrictions (see our Privacy Policy for details).
6) Parents/guardians
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used our services, contact us immediately. We recommend using device-level parental controls and restricting access to payment methods and gambling content.
