Please include: (1) your account identifier, (2) requested duration (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 6 months) or “permanent”, and (3) whether you want marketing communications stopped.

We’ll confirm once the lockout is applied. During lockout you may be unable to access gameplay and related features.
