This policy explains how AlpineJoyNZ Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information when you use our website, games, and related services (the "Services"). We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• Account details: name/username, email, password (hashed), age/age-gate responses, preferences.
• Gameplay & app telemetry: game progress, in-game events, performance/crash logs, feature usage, timestamps.
• Device & identifiers: device type, OS/app version, IP address, language, approximate location (from IP), cookies or similar tech, advertising/analytics IDs where enabled.
• Support requests: messages you send, attachments, and our correspondence.
• Payments (if you purchase): transaction metadata (item, time, amount, currency). Payment card details are typically processed by third-party payment providers/app stores; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we collect it & how we use it

• Provide and operate the Services, create and manage accounts, and deliver purchases.
• Maintain safety, prevent fraud/abuse, enforce terms, and secure our systems.
• Improve gameplay experience (analytics, debugging, performance monitoring).

How we share information

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

International transfers

Our providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. When we do this, we take steps to ensure the overseas recipient protects your information in a way that is comparable to New Zealand privacy protections.
